The return of the core cast, alongside new additions like Michael Gandolfini, Margarita Levieva, Jeremy Earl, and Ayelet Zurer who takes over the role of Vanessa Marianna-Fisk, promises a fresh dynamic while honouring the beloved characters from the original Netflix series. Daredevil: Born Again‘s initial conception as an 18-episode series was later scaled down to a more traditional Disney+ format, allowing for a more focused narrative.
While the Netflix series, which ran from 2015 to 2018, was critically acclaimed, its removal from the platform and subsequent addition to Disney+ marked a significant shift in the character’s trajectory.
