Kanye West Sued For Creating Toxic Work Environment – Staff Were Allegedly Called ‘New Slaves’ & Bianca Censori Sent Porn Accessible To Minors!

Kanye West is being sued… again! And this suit is REALLY icky!!!

On Sunday, TMZ obtained a shocking lawsuit filed in a U.S. District Court blasting Ye of fostering a racist work environment AND accusing his wife Bianca Censori of sending out porn — which was accessible to her husband’s MINOR employees! WTF!

The suit listed the rapper and his former chief of staff, Milo Yiannopoulos, as defendants. It comes from a group of employees hired to create an app to promote the fashion designer’s music, which they claimed turned into “forced labor and cruel inhuman, or degrading treatment.” According to legal documents viewed by the outlet, the pair were accused of making false promises to pay their adult and minor employees as well as forcing them to work long hours and endure racist jabs, like calling some “new slaves.”

Issues started in the spring of 2024. That’s when the Heartless artist decided to launch his own streaming service, YZYVSN, to compete with Tidal, Spotify, and Apple Music. The suit claims he wanted to avoid paying those other companies to promote Vultures and Vultures 2, so Ye and Milo hired an international developer group made up of several Black individuals and underage teens as young as 14 to create the app.

The employees mostly worked remotely, but they stayed in constant communication with the musician, his chief of staff, and other team members by using apps like Discord, Zoom, and Slack. In April, Milo allegedly promised to pay the developer group $120,000 after they completed the app — but only if they agreed to the work conditions and didn’t complain. Kim Kardashian‘s ex-husband also ordered everyone to sign NDAs, and even threatened to fire the minors and refused to pay them if they didn’t sign. Jeez. These young workers were also required to sign “volunteer” agreements.

After this, everything went downhill. Per the suit, the Grammy winner’s white managers who oversaw the foreign and minority workers allegedly started using disparaging and racist language, creating a hostile environment. In group chats, the white managers allegedly used harassing language, saying hateful things relating to their age, race, gender, sexual orientation, and national origin. Some employees were even horrifically called “slaves” and “new slaves.”

WTF!!!

Milo was also accused of sending a message with a Black/brown skin emoji to an African American team member and calling another young employee a school shooter. JFC. The workers also say they were bullied into working long hours through the night, without sleep or pay.

And here’s where Bianca comes into the picture. In late April, the Yeezy designer announced he was getting into the porn industry by starting up his own adult film studio, Yeezy Porn. The controversial business move was slammed by a lot of his religious fans, and even his own wife was said to be upset by the decision, fearing she’d get dragged into the videos. But now she’s being accused of sending porn to the staff!

In the lawsuit, they allege the model sent one worker a file-sharing link that contained hardcore sexual content — and minor employees were not shielded from viewing the explicit videos as they helped develop Ye’s porn app. He had MINORS working on his NSFW app?? That’s insane! Interestingly, though, Bianca is not listed as a defendant in the suit. But damn, those are some nasty allegations!

This workplace drama came to a head on May 1. The team rushed to finish their assignment and presented the father of four with the finished version of one of the apps (it’s unclear if it was the music steamer or porn project). But they say they were never paid for their work, which has caused them to file this suit. They are asking for damages for unpaid wages, overtime pay, and emotional distress.

So far, Kanye and Milo have not hit back at the court papers. That said, Milo did previously part ways from the performer after the adult film studio venture was made public, so we’re sure he’s not happy about facing this legal battle now! It is just one of many lawsuits the songwriter is facing these days, though.
