Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann‘s bank is done playing Mr. Nice Guy!
As Perezcious readers know, the embattled couple has been fighting off foreclosure on their Georgia mansion for years now amid major financial issues. And of course their complicated on again, off again divorce hasn’t helped. Thus far they’ve kept the place… but according to the latest legal documents, they might not be able to put it off any longer!
TMZ discovered new court documents on Monday that show Truist Bank‘s attorneys are ready to move on with this financial disaster. Truist has given notice that it plans to initiate a non-judicial foreclosure proceeding on or after May 3 — that’s this Friday! Just days away! OMG!

While this doesn’t mean Kim and Kroy (and their children) are going to be kicked out of their lavish pad right away, it does mean the legal ordeal will kick back into high gear. Truist Bank is now putting the exes on notice that a foreclosure is imminent — and the only way to stop it is to get back into court and continue fighting. Take it as the beginning of the end, for real this time!
Before this latest filing, the bank’s last legal activity was back in January when it emphasized its right to foreclosure after the reality stars “defaulted on their mortgage.” At the time, the bank’s lawyers were asking the court to let them auction off the place ASAP but the case eventually became inactive as the Don’t Be Tardy stars attempted to sell the place on their own.
The mansion has been on the market since October with no progress. In fact, they had to dramatically slash the initial $6 million asking price several times and the property still hasn’t sold! It’s currently listed for $4.5 million. Not a great sign — the dropped price or that fact we’re telling y’all it’s still listed.
But as we’ve all seen, the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum and the former football star have miraculously managed to avoid a foreclosure several times in the past, so maybe they’ll have another trick up their sleeve this time! The one big difference is they haven’t been given much time to fight back! With just days to go before the proceeding starts, they must be stressed AF!
