LuLu Group sets sights on dual IPO, targets listing by year-end

LuLu Group, one of the largest retail giants in the Middle East, is preparing to go public with a dual listing on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) and Saudi Arabia’s Tadawul. The much-anticipated initial public offering (IPO) is slated to take place by November 2024, a significant development for the conglomerate as it continues to expand its global footprint.
